In her it considers that the man is moved by the creative interest, a human force not derived of biological factors. Along this time the theory of Adler had been interpreted in diverse ways and adapted to diverse situations. Initially it considered it to him in opposition to the theory of Freud about the sexual instinct and their decisive force to conform the character and the man's behavior. The concept of Gaia allows to open a new point of view about that reality. The man is the only animal that is not adapted to any environment; on the contrary its capacity to occupy all the ecosystems of Gaia is born of its capacity to modify the means where it inhabits. The Will of Gaia, the Power of Gaia is in fact that will of power that we have all the human beings. We are also the receivers of the Will of Gaia. It is the human being responsibility to organize and to direct that power positively. The cultural atmosphere in which a person is developed determines her interests and yearnings, it determines the desires of progress that will direct her life. The capacity to modify its circumstances will depend largely on its biological capacities, of its physical force and intellectual. The success in this task won't always accompany each individual. This desire to modify the environment, the pulsión of adapting it to the requirements that its culture and atmosphere promote, has its natural way of canalization in the political participation. The individuals once reached, with more or smaller success, their goals in the next environment (I work, family, likings), they spread to modify (to improve) the environments but distant (city council, region, nation). The political action is the natural means to get those ends. The Democracy, the Justice and the Freedom are the pillars that facilitate that political participation to the individuals. Who happiness has not felt when hearing the announcement of the death or a dictator's fall?. A disconcerting happiness when being the death or another human being misfortune at the same time. That happiness neither is human, it is happiness from Gaia when opening up a new space of Freedom in the world. Our humanity's current circumstances advise an urgent reformation of the systems of political participation of the towns. It is need that we are aware that neither the power of USA neither the will of USA belong the power neither the will to most of the humanity. It is urgent to make that the UN, or a new organism if it was necessary, be an authentic assembly of world political participation, without vetoes, with Freedom. It is also indispensable that in her they are represented alone the democratic, alone countries the countries that certify the authentic rePresentation of their towns. It is therefore unavoidable the expulsion of the countries in those that it doesn't exist neither Democracy neither Freedom and the development and invitation to political changes in those nations that allow the participation of their towns in the decisions that affect to the Humanity's future and their respective nations. It is necessary, consequently, a world political organization that veils, in an effective way, for the Justice in the international relationships that it looks diligently after the Freedom of all the individuals that they form the Humanity. It is necessary, in sum, a world organization that it translates in an effective way the Will of Gaia to concrete actions in the environment of our world.
